Web development work done for an interior design agency called Dover Design.

It’s mostly a showcase of the projects the agency has worked on. A friend of mine designed the website and I implemented it with WordPress.

There’s a full screen slide show on the homepage, with text over pictures that cover the whole screen. The second most important page – work page – shows all projects on a grid and allows users to filter projects by category.

The layout is responsive – the whole website adapts its content to be viewed on different screen sizes.

It has an advanced caching system in place that prevents all projects from being pulled from the database every time the work page is viewed – instead, it will keep a static copy of the page and refresh it only when a project is updated. This increases page load speed dramatically.

All content is editable via the admin area of the WordPress content management system.
